Clearances
In order to work with children in Pennsylvania, updated clearances are required. The three clearances required in Pennsylvania are:
Employees between the ages of 14 and 17 only have to submit the PA CHILD ABUSE HISTORY CLEARANCE and the PA STATE POLICE CRIMINAL HISTORY CLEARANCE. Employees age 18+ must submit all three clearances.
In order to work for ROCKY DAVIS SPORTS CAMP, LLC, a copy of these valid clearances are required to be on file. If you did not have the clearances to submit when you were filling out your application, submit the files in the CLEARANCE SUBMISSION FORM. If you do not have these on file, follow the below links to obtain them and then submit them.
